Shoe fittings :

Our process is a little less conventional than your typical run specialty store simply because we aren't your typical run specialty store. 

We don't do gait analysis; you wouldn't want us watching you run with an iPad analyzing your stride any more than we'd want you watching us run with an iPad analyzing our stride.  Instead, we'll have a conversation with you about your specific needs, how much (or how little) running you're currently doing, your goals, what shoes you're currently running in, etc.  We'll pull 3 or 4 options for you to try, compare + go for a little jog in. 

To say we're obsessed with getting you in a shoe that feels so good + is so exciting to wear you can't wait to go for your next run is an understatement.

Returns : 

We want you to have the best experience possible and to ultimately find the best shoes/shorts/bra whatever that gets you pumped about getting out the door + going for a run.  Sometimes it's not until you actually get to road test a product that you realize it might be a no go.  

Shoes : 30 days, return or exchange. 

We ask you try not to wear them outside if you're on the fence, and if you do maybe not on 30 runs in 30 days.  But life is life so whatever you do in those 30 days is up to you.

Exception : all carbon plated + discounted styles are final sale.

Special Orders :  We know how important it is to get a color you love, and we're barely 900 sq ft so our options available in store are limited.  We're more than happy to special order free of charge, however if it unfortunately has to be final sale.

Apparel : refund or exchange if unused w/ tags on.  All discounted items are final sale.

Discounts :

We can't offer a lot, but if you happen to run with a crew that gets a discount somewhere else, let us know.  Proof of participation/discount is required.  If it's a secret hand shake + a wink for 15% off we unfortunately can't help you out.

Special Orders :

Know someone who runs with a team?  Need spikes for track season?  We're happy to accommodate special orders.  Send us an email (info@runningwylder.co) and let's discuss.

Shipping :

We offer flat rate shipping.  Should a product not work out, purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  We'll comp the shipping on a new pair of shoes if you'd prefer to exchange for a different size or style.

We're only set up to ship within the US + Canada at the moment.  It took us long enough to figure all this out, we're not mentally ready to tackle overseas shipping + taxing amongst various countries.  If you're reading this + happen to be an expert in this area, reach out to info@runningwylder.co + let's chat because we've got questions.
