We want you to have the best experience possible and to ultimately find the best shoes/shorts/bra whatever that gets you pumped about getting out the door + going for a run.  Sometimes it's not until you actually get to road test a product that you realize it might be a no go.  

Shoes : 30 days, return or exchange. 

We ask you try not to wear them outside if you're on the fence, and if you do maybe not on 30 runs in 30 days.  But life is life so whatever you do in those 30 days is up to you.

Exception : all carbon plated + discounted styles are final sale.

Special Orders :  we know how important it is to get a color you love, and we have limited options available in store.  we're more than happy to special order free of charge, however if it's for a color we don't keep in stock all special ordered items can be returned for store credit only.

Apparel : refund or exchange if unused w/ tags on.  All discounted items are final sale.  

Shipping to Canada : we offer two options - standard + express.

Express ships with DHL and includes prepaid duties and taxes, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Standard will be cheaper, but you might get hit w/ duties + taxes because that's the cost of crossing a border these days.
