Who do we need to petition to hand out tees instead of medals at the finish line.

Tee is worn to perfection, has a few stains.  Whoever earned this tee was very proud of their accomplishment + wore it often.

Looks white in the photo, is actually a delicious baby blue. Interior label is frayed + worn blank. Looks to be about a large.
